How this company works
Most of the houses we work in were not built with HVAC in mind. Ductwork got added to farmhouses decades after the framing went up, propane and dual-fuel systems got swapped in over the years, and every one of them has its own quirks. So we look at the whole system before we quote anything: the equipment, the ducts, the thermostat wiring, the return air. Being independent means no manufacturer is telling us what to sell you. If a repair will carry your system through another few winters, we will say so, and you get a written quote before we start work.

We cover homeowners in Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee and West Virginia, which means small towns and rural roads as much as subdivisions. Our schedule runs Monday through Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and we book by phone or through the quote form on this site.
